Mental health affects people of all backgrounds, regardless of life circumstances. Everyone experiences emotional ups and downs, and at times, support can make a meaningful difference.
My goal is to provide a safe, open, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing what you're experiencing and confident that you're being heard. ​
Together, we'll identify your concerns and develop an individualized treatment plan focused on your needs and goals.
I provide care for conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other mental health concerns. Services may include medication management, education, and supportive guidance to help improve overall well-being and quality of life.

Care for adults experiencing anxiety, panic, depression, and related mood concerns. Treatment focuses on accurate diagnosis, medication management when appropriate, and practice coping strategies to support daily functioning.

Bipolar Disorder & Schizophrenia Spectrum Disorders
Ongoing psychiatric care for adults living with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia-related conditions. Appointments focus on symptom stabilization, medication monitoring, relapse prevention, and coordination of care.

Trauma-Informed Psychiatric Care
Psychiatric treatment delivered with a trauma-informed approach, recognizing how past experience can affect mental health. Visits include medication management and supportive, skill-based guidance- not full psychotherapy.
